Infos Grand Prix Spa-Francorchamps!

Die belgische Regierung hat die Veranstaltung des Großen Preises von Belgien 2021 mit der Möglichkeit zum Empfang von 75.000 Zuschauern pro Tag genehmigt. Der Empfang der Zuschauer auf dem Gelände der Rennstrecke steht jedoch unter der Bedingung, dass diese bei Ankunft am Gelände das Covid Safe Ticket vorzeigen können.

Covid Safe Ticket

Das Covid Safe Ticket ist nur erhältlich für Personen wohnhaft in einem EU-Land oder der Schweiz, einem Land der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft, dem Vereinigten Königreich, dem Vatikanstaat, Andorra, Monaco oder Liechtenstein.
Personen, die nicht in einem der genannten Länder wohnhaft sind haben keinen Anspruch auf das Covid Safe Ticket und können folglich nicht am Großen Preis von Belgien 2021 teilnehmen, auch wenn ihnen eine Einreisegenehmigung für belgisches Staatsgebiet vorliegt.

Um als zulässige Person das„Covid Safe Ticket“ zu erhalten, muss zwingend eine der folgenden 4 Bedingungen erfüllt werden:

Eine vollständige Impfung (zwei Dosen, wenn dies beim Impfstoff nötig ist) mit vollständigem Impfschutz (2. Dosis verabreicht vor minimal zwei Wochen).
Besitz eines Nachweises eines negativen PCR-Tests sein, der frühestens 48 Stunden vor dem Tag der Veranstaltungsteilnahme durchgeführt wurde.
Besitz eines Nachweises eines negativen Antigentests, ausgeführt und ausgestellt von medizinischem Fachpersonal einer offiziellen Teststelle, der frühestens 24 Stunden vor dem Tag der Veranstaltungsteilnahme durchgeführt wurde.
- Um die Gültigkeit der verschiedenen Testtypen zusammenzufassen:
  - PCR: Gültigkeit von 2 Tagen nach Testung
  - Antigentest: Gültigkeit von einem Tag nach Testung
Im Besitz eines Nachweises der Genesung von COVID-19 sein. Der Genesungsnachweis gilt ab zehn Tagen nach dem positiven PCR-Test und für eine Dauer von 180 Tagen.

Für den Zutritt zum Großen Preis von Belgien 2021 sind also drei Dokumente erforderlich:

Das „Covid Safe Ticket“ ab 12 Jahren;
Ein Ausweisdokument, mit dem die Echtheit des „Covid Safe Tickets“ geprüft werden kann;
Das E-Ticket, am besten in Papierform. Im Laufe des Monats Juli wird das E-Ticket in Ihrem Kundenbereich zum Herunterladen bereitgestellt. Um ein E-Ticket herunterzuladen, müssen Sie es zuerst personalisieren, d. h. jedes gekaufte Ticket manuell einer bestimmten Person zuweisen.

OHNE DIESE DREI DOKUMENTE WIRD IHNEN DER ZUTRITT ZUM GELÄNDE UMGEHEND VERWEHRT.

Zugang zum belgischen Staatsgebiet.

Anreise aus einem EU-Land oder der Schweiz, dem Vatikanstaat, Andorra, Monaco oder Liechtenstein

Reisen aus einem dieser Länder nach Belgien sind gestattet. Allerdings steht der Zugang zum Staatsgebiet unter der Bedingung der Vorlage von:

Entweder einer anerkannten Impfbescheinigung, die eine vollständige Impfung belegt (zwei Impfungen, wenn dies beim Impfstoff nötig ist, vor mindestens zwei Wochen oder eine Impfung, wenn dies beim Impfstoff nötig ist, vor mindestens vier Wochen);
Oder einem negativen PCR-Text, der mindestens 72 Stunden alt ist.
Oder einer Genesungsbescheinigung, die nicht älter als sechs Monate ist.

Außerdem müssen Sie das Passagier-Lokalisierungsformular ausfüllen, und zwar innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor Ihrer Ankunft auf dem Staatsgebiet. Weitere Informationen finden Sie auf: https://travel.info-coronavirus.be.

Demnach sind Alle Reisen aus einem EU-Land oder der Schweiz, dem Vatikanstaat, Andorra, Monaco oder Liechtenstein nach Belgien sind möglich.

Nicht notwendige Reisen (= Fans/Zuschauer) aus dem Vereinigten Königreich (kein EU-Land):

Nicht notwendige Reisen aus dem Vereinigten Königreich sind nur vollständig geimpften Personen gestattet. Zudem ist ein PCR-Test erforderlich, der höchstens einen Tag nach der Ankunft durchgeführt wurde. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sich in der Nähe der Rennstrecke von Spa-Francorchamps testen zu lassen (von Mittwoch bis Sonntag), wenn Sie sich zuvor über einen Link anmelden, der noch auf der Website von Spa Grand Prix bekannt gegeben wird.

Auch: Nicht notwendige Reisen aus dem Vereinigten Königreich nach Belgien sind für nicht vollständig geimpfte Personen verboten.

Ich habe keinen Zutritt zu belgischem Staatsgebiet UND/ODER ich bin nicht zulässig für das Covid Safe Ticket. Was kann ich tun?

Die Vorschriften der Regierung bezüglich des Zutrittes zu belgischem Staatsgebiet oder Zugang zum „Covid Safe Ticket“ gelten für den Großen Preis von Belgien 2021 und sind ein Fall von höherer Gewalt nach Artikel 1148 des Belgischen Zivilgesetzbuches, sowie nach Artikel 13 der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von Spa Grand Prix.

Im Falle von höherer Gewalt übernimmt Spa Grand Prix rechtlich keinerlei Haftung oder sonstige Verantwortung.

Aus kommerziellen Gründen bietet Spa Grand Prix Personen die nicht einreisen können oder kein Anrecht auf das „Covid Safe Ticket“ haben die Möglichkeit, Bestellungen auf den Großen Preis von Belgien 2022 zu verschieben. Dies ist die einzige Möglichkeit für eine Verlegung. Zudem sind keine Rückerstattungen möglich.

Daher gilt:

Bestellungen von Personen die unzulässig sind für den Erhalt des „Covid Safe Ticket“ werden automatisch verschoben.

Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix informs you

The Belgian Government has authorized the holding of the Belgian Grand Prix 2021 with the possibility of hosting up to 75,000 spectators per day. However, hosting spectators within the Circuit grounds will be conditional on the presentation of a Covid Safe Ticket upon arrival on the site.

If you are coming from outside the EU, Switzerland, or UK, you will not be allowed to access the Formula 1 Rolex Belgian Grand Prix 2021.

Access to Belgian territory

Travels from an EU member state, Switzerland, Vatican City, Andorra, Monaco, or Liechtenstein:

A recognized vaccination certificate, attesting to a complete vaccination (dated two weeks when the vaccine requires two doses, 4 weeks when the vaccine requires one dose), or
A negative PCR test result dated less than 72 hours, or
A certificate of recovery dated less than six months.

Travels to Belgium are authorized from one of these countries. However, access to Belgian territory is contingent upon the presentation of:

Consequently, any travel from a European country, Switzerland, Vatican City, Andorra, Monaco, or Liechtenstein is possible.

Non-essential travels (= Fans/spectators) from the United Kingdom (non-EU).

Non-essential travels from the United Kingdom are authorized only for completely vaccinated people, and a PCR test is required on the first day upon arrival. PCR tests will be available around the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit (from Wednesday to Sunday), provided that registration has been made following a link that will be communicated on Spa Grand Prix website at a later date: https://www.spagrandprix.com/en/covid-19

Consequently, non-essential travels from the United Kingdom to Belgium are not authorized for non-completely vaccinated people.

For health and safety reasons, there will not be any ticket booths at the entrances of the circuit this year.
The only way to purchase the tickets still available is online, via our website www.spagrandprix.com, with immediate payment (credit card, maestro, etc.).
Payments via bank transfer will be authorized until 19 August 2021.

"COVID SAFE TICKET"

WHAT? The Covid Safe Ticket is a certificate open to nationals of the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Attention: The “Covid Safe Ticket” is only accessible to residents of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the Schengen Area, Switzerland, Vatican City, Andorra, Monaco, and Liechtenstein.
Consequently, the residents of a country other than one mentioned above are not eligible for obtaining the Covid Safe Ticket. Therefore, they will not be allowed to take part in the Belgian Grand Prix 2021, that is, even if they are allowed to enter Belgian territory.

HOW? To obtain this “Covid Safe Ticket” certificate, you must meet one of the following 3 conditions:

Be fully vaccinated (2 doses when so required by the vaccine) for more than two weeks.
OR
Be in possession of a negative PCR test carried out no more than 48 hours prior to the day of attendance at the event. It is also possible that your test will reach expiry during the event. You will have the option then of having one or more tests (at your expense) carried out by healthcare professionals in the proximity of the Circuit. Further information will follow in the next few weeks.
OR
Be in possession of a certificate of recovery from Covid-19. The certificate of recovery is valid 10 days after the positive PCR test and has a duration of 6 months (180 days).

ATTENTION: The conditions for obtaining the "Covid Safe Ticket" may be different from conditions of access to Belgian territory. If you would like more detailed information concerning access conditions to Belgian territory, please consult the Foreign Affairs website of the SPF (Federal Public Service).

COVID Certificate Check

WHERE? The "Covid Safe Ticket" will be available on a smartphone app determined by your country. The app to download for Belgian visitors on your smartphone is: CovidSafeBE.

Henceforth, in order to gain access to the Belgian Grand Prix 2021, 3 documents will be required:
- The "Covid Safe Ticket" from 12 years old
- An item of identity that will allow the authenticity of the "Covid Safe Ticket" to be verified
- The e-ticket preferably in hard (paper) copy. The e-ticket will be downloadable on your customer space during the month of July (for reservations already made). In order to download an e-ticket, you will first have to make it nominative, that’s to say that you will have to manually attribute each purchased e-ticket to a specific person.

WITHOUT THESE 3 DOCUMENTS, YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REFUSED ACCESS TO THE SITE.
